AYSO Region 137 Carnival

Every AYSO team that earns their required referee points and volunteer hours this season will receive free admission wristbands to the end of the season carnival for every player!

Here are the requirements for each division:

U6 through U8 divisions must meet the following:
* Provide referee for each designated "Home" game
* Fill 1 assigned Tent Assistant shift
* Fill 4 assigned Field Monitor shifts

U10 through U12 divisions must meet the following:
* 20 referee points
* Fill 1 assigned Tent Assistant shift
* Fill 4 assigned Field Monitor shifts

U14 and above divisions must meet the following:
* 20 referee points
* Fill 1 assigned Tent Assistant shift
* Fill 3 assigned Field Monitor shifts

**NOTE: Referee point requirements are for the carnival. U10 and up divisions still must complete 30 referee points in order to be eligible to move on to Area Tournaments.

Admission to the carnival is free for each player on qualifying teams.  Players from qualifying teams will also receive 1 ticket for the player and 3 guest tickets.  They will also be given the option to purchase additional tickets for family members.  Only teams that meet the referee and volunteer requirements will be admitted to the carnival. You may not buy your way into this event.

Check-in is 1 hour before first Saturday game time.  Earliest possible check-in is at 7 AM.  Coaches should bring their payment in the form of cash or check along with their roster of their fall team for player verification.  Please bring referees so that we do not fall behind on games.

**U14 Girls and U16-U19 Boys will have their last two Sunday games count as their medal round games. All other divisions with teams that qualify to advance to medal rounds will play on Monday.

Registration Fall 2015


National AYSO is now requiring an eSignature, which means you have to pre-register your child with an online application through beforehand.  You will still need to print out the completed form and make your payment at any of our registration events to complete your registration with our region for the fall season.  PRINT OUT 3 COPIES of the completed form and bring it with you to one of our registration events.  If your child is a new player to AYSO, you must also bring his/her birth certificate to our registration event. Registration Dates

April 1st - 5 PM to 8 PM
April 18th - 9 AM to 2 PM
May 6th - 5 PM to 8 PM
May 16th - 9 AM to 2 PM
June 3rd - 5 PM to 9 PM
June 20th - 9 AM to 2 PM

Registration Fees

$85 per player if you register on April 1st and April 18th.
$90 per player if you register on May 6th and May 16th.
$95 per player if you register on June 3rd and June 20th.

Any registered players after June 20th will pay the rate of $105 per player, based on space availability within their division. 

A $5 per registered sibling discount applies for each registered player after the first registered player.  We are accepting check, credit cards and cash (in exact amount) ONLY.

Registration includes uniform, base picture package with group and individual portraits and accidental insurance.


VIP (Special Needs Children & Adults) Registration - $45

VIP Program is still accepting players.  This program is for players with intellectual/physical disabilities.



Registration is open for children who turn 4-18 as of July 31, 2015.


All registrations will be done at the AYSO trailer at Valley Wide behind the tennis courts.

The season will start after the Labor Day holiday with the intention of having the season and Regional tournament completed before Thanksgiving. The season will start on September 12, 2015.

Volunteer coaches are needed. Without coaches we're unable to form teams and your child may not have the opportunity to play. Training, certification and coaching equipment is provided for free. Please email the Regional Coach Administrator for more information or to sign up. Thank you.

Refund Policy

  • * No refund requests will be honored after season start date of September 12, 2015.
    * A full refund will be made if the player has not attended any practices
  • * A refund minus $17.50 will be made if the player has attended one practice/team meeting and has not received the uniform or has returned it in its entirety.
  • * Parents, in the event you need to withdraw your child from soccer, please download the drop form and give it to your coach.
  • * All refund requests can take between two to eight weeks to process.

    Upcoming Referee Courses

    The following referee courses will be offered for new referees.  These courses will teach you the fundamentals and will give you the proper skill sets to effectively officiate a soccer game.  Teams in the U10 division and higher must have a total of 30 referee points by the end of the season in order to advance to area tournament.  Only certified referees will be able to earn ref points for a given team.

    All courses will be held at Valley Wide in the AYSO trailer.  If you are interested, please email our Referee Administrator, Chris Burden, to pre-register.  If you don't have time to pre-register, you may also show up on the day courses are offered to attend as well.

    August 8th from 8 AM to 5 PM

    August 22nd from 8 AM to 5 PM

    August 25th from 5 PM to 9 PM and August 27th from 5 PM to 9 PM (You must attend both half day courses in order to take the test)

    August 30th from 8 AM to 5 PM

    September 13th from 8 AM to 5 PM

    Lunch will be provided on the all-day weekend courses which lasts roughly 8-9 hours.

    No Parking In The Red Zone

    Parking is NOT allowed in the red zone. It should be used for pick ups and drop offs only and should not exceed 5 minutes. If a vehicle is parked in the red zone, the police will be called to issue tickets and your vehicle may be towed.
