Board positions available

Your local AYSO region needs your help!  As a youth sports organization that operates with 100% volunteers, we are always looking for people to help run our region.  Like all community organizations, we depend on everyone pitching in to do their part in providing your child with the best sports experience they can have during the season.  These efforts wouldn't be possible without the involvement of our volunteers and board members.  As a board member, your role will help shape the soccer experience not only for your child, but all of the kids who play soccer in our region and for seasons to come.  If you are interested, please inquire with our regional commissioner, Andrea Aguilar, by sending her an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All courses will be held at Valley Wide in the AYSO trailer.  If you are interested, please email our Referee Administrator, Chris Burden, to pre-register.  If you don't have time to pre-register, you may also show up on the day courses are offered to attend as well.

Jamboree Program

The objective of this program is to provide young players and their parents with a "pressure free" introduction to the beautiful and simple game of soccer. At this age, players should be exposed to soccer by playing simple, fun activities and games that require little to no practice, and a minimal time commitment.

This program allows players to discover the game for themselves, while parents are given a soccer foundation on which to build and grow into future AYSO coaches, referees and administrators.

The AYSO Jamboree (4-year-olds) is not to be considered a coaching program. It is a program that is designed to be facilitated by a qualified AYSO Master Coach.

If you have a 4-year-old and are interested in the Jamboree program, please contact our Master Coach, Zeke Paletta.

Registration fee for the Jamboree program is $50 per player.

VIP (Special Needs Children & Adults) Registration - $50

This program is for players with intellectual/physical disabilities.  If you have any questions related to this program, please contact our program directors, Melissa Constantino and Valerie Holmes by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. AYSO Region 137 Carnival - Fall 2016

In order to attend the region carnival on November 5th, families must complete the required number of shifts by Saturday, October 29th.

A minimum of 7 total volunteer shifts is required.

A volunteer shift can be any of the following:

  • 1 hour as field monitor OR tent assistant

  • 1 game refereeing games for the U10 & above divisions

  • 2 games refereeing games for the U6 & U8 divisions

A few other things to keep in mind:

  • Families that meet the requirements will receive 4 free tickets to the carnival.

  • Hours are logged by family, NOT by individuals, so the requirements can be met by multiple people from the SAME family combining hours.

  • In order for hours to count, volunteers must sign in and out in the volunteer log books. The records are kept using the OLDEST AYSO player’s name.

  • There is no need to sign up for a shift in advance.  Simply report to the referee tent on Saturdays OR to the board member on duty for weeknight games.

  • No more than 2 field monitor or tent assistant shifts per family, per day will count toward the required minimum.
